Job Description

Crossing Interface Coordinator: 
  • Engage with RLIC, landowners, other stakeholders, and asset owners to negotiate the pipeline, cables crossing agreements. This involves securing necessary agreements, permits, easements, and right of-way to ensure the company assets can be safely installed and constructed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant RLIC regulations and standards governing pipeline, cable crossings. Stay updated on industry best practices and participate in regulatory reviews to ensure adherence to safety and environmental requirements.
  • Communicating and collaborating with RLIC stakeholders and other local communities to address concerns, provide information and maintain positive relationship.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including engineering team, contracts representatives, environmental specialist, and construction team to develop comprehensive pipeline/cables crossing plans and ensure seamless and timely project execution.
  • Create and maintain accurate and updated records and documentation related to interface and crossing agreements, including permit applications, landowner agreements, technical reports and inspection records. Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify, prioritize, and evaluate potential risks associated with asset crossings, such as potential impacts on existing infrastructure, environmental concerns, and public safety. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization pertaining to crossing activities. stay updated based on local regulations and RLIC trends to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Education: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/chemical/Civil)
Experience: Min 8 years
