Needing Civil Inspector for a 6+ month contract in Austin TX with opportunity to go direct hire if interested.
Civil job description:
Must be able to interpret civil and structural drawings. Monitor Subcontractor activities.
Ensure subcontractors are following contract drawings and site specifications.
Perform field dimensional inspections of formwork and in-place reinforcement rebar.
Visual inspection of backfill for conformance with site specifications.
Monitor 3rd Party inspection and testing for soil and concrete field testing.
