Job Description

Need a Mechanical Coordinator in Wynnewood.  CWI and strong mechanical experience. 
 
  • Running and minuting daily contractor progress meetings.
  • Daily safety site walk-downs
  • General oversight, including housekeeping, progress tracking, quality, equipment inspections, addressing RFIs/submittals (with support from the project engineer), reviewing contractor product submittals, etc.
  • Administering the contract, including logging of daily activities, and reports, minuting meetings, reviewing submitted change requests, etc.
  • Oversight of quality, including witnessing controlled activities, reviewing submitted qualification certificates, reviewing and verifying submitted quality documents, etc.
  • Coordinating activities between contractor and site, including site access, warehousing/material receipts, tie-ins to existing plant, quality assurance checks, etc.
  • Documenting turn-over of owner-purchased equipment to the contractor.
  • Documenting turn-over of installed equipment from contractor to owner
  • Retention and organization of all pertinent documents.
